KLIMT BALL PEN In
1905, the Wiener Werkstatte ("Vienna Workshops") began producing
printed and woven textiles. This graphically elegant design was
on a printed textile designed about 1920 by Klimt.
ART DECO BALL PEN
Multi-talented in the field of graphic design, Edouard Benedictus (French, 1878-1930) produced portfolios of beautiful textile and wall paper designs throughout the Art Deco period. This pen is developed from a detail of plate II in Variations.
ASTRAL BALL PEN, ASTONOMICUS
CAESAREUM, one of the most sumptuous of all
Renaissance instructive manuals, explains the use of the
astrolabe (for calculating the altitude of stars) and other
instrument used for computing planetary positions. The pen is
based on hand-colored woodcuts in the original work.
