KLIMT BALL PEN In 1905, the Wiener Werkstatte ("Vienna Workshops") began producing printed and woven textiles. This graphically elegant design was on a printed textile designed about 1920 by Klimt.

ART DECO BALL PEN  Multi-talented in the field of graphic design, Edouard Benedictus (French, 1878-1930) produced portfolios of beautiful textile and wall paper designs throughout the Art Deco period. This pen is developed from a detail of plate II in Variations.

ASTRAL BALL PEN, ASTONOMICUS CAESAREUM, one of the most sumptuous of all Renaissance instructive manuals, explains the use of the astrolabe (for calculating the altitude of stars) and other instrument used for computing planetary positions. The pen is based on hand-colored woodcuts in the original work.

SHOES BALL PEN  Women's footwear has embraced more variations since 1900 than in the entire previous history of fashion. The images on this pen are based on — and capture the charm and grace of — actual shoes now in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute
