 OMAS pens are known for their featherweight solid-color cotton-based "Vegetal" resin, with hand-turned cap threads and exceptionally well-executed detailing. The hand-cut and press-fitted hard rubber feeds, the roller clips, and the screw caps are all design touches straight from the 1930s. OMAS uses exotic
celluloid and other hand-worked plastics on their higher
end models,
like the Arco and in some variations of the 360. OMAS offers pens in fine woods and exotic metals like titanium.
