These are brand new vintage Sheaffer Nostalgia Fountain Pens in *Vermeil and Sterling Silver finishes . Sheaffer kept a few units, and now they decided to put them for sale. *Vermeil is a French word describing sterling silver that has been electroplated with at least 100 millionths of an inch of karat gold.
Pens Features: Model #803 introduced in 1992 It has a Vermeil or Sterling Silver-etched floral pattern. The cap's panel is engraved with "Sheaffer Vermeil or Sterling 925", It is fitted with an 18-K solid gold nib with a palladium-plated chevron. Etched on the nib is Sheaffer Jeweler's mark "18K" and "750" and "Made in USA" The nibs are bold italic for both fountain pens, they Use standard Sheaffer Skrip cartridges. Elegant and stylish This pens where sold by Sheaffer to us, and never had been used, they come packed in Sheaffer's piano finished boxes.
