The motorcycle engine is an inspirational element for other components of the Ball Pen: The grip above the nib mimics the design of the intake bell and, in all models, the band under the bell becomes a decorative element between the shaft and the barrel end. Every version of this pen is lacquered and marked by a colored band that runs along the tank of the motorcycles of the period, like the Scrambler and the GT.
