Using the innovative and exclusive Laminata™ process, specially formulated, liquid acrylic resins are poured and cured layer-by-layer. When the layers have cured, the Laminata™ acrylic slab is hand-cut, hand-lathed, and hand-polished to a beautiful luster. The time-consuming technique produces a fascinating finish with bands of translucent colors intermixed with solid black and white. The Wild Stripe roller ball is fitted with Monteverde’s patented Perma Seal™ cap so you can interchange the roller refill with the exclusive RPM permanent marker refill. For more traditional writing, you can also choose the fountain pen with iridium nib or the twist-advance ball pen.
