In yet another statement to the end of the cold war, Russia and NATO members held historic summit near Rome in 2002. Used to sign the treaties were pens made by Visconti in black lucite with bands decorated with the colors of the Italian flags. The fountain pen features an 18kt gold nib, available in fine, medium and broad, and Visconti's patented Power Filling system. Only 2002 fountain pens and a limited number of convertible rollers are available worldwide.
