| Returns Due to Damage in Shipping… |
| If the item is damaged during shipment, you must notify us immediately, you must then hold the damaged item for inspection by the carrier. If we are notified promptly, the item should be checked within 5 business days. |
| Returns Due to Defects in Manufacture… |
| If there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, you may return the defective item, within 7 days for exchange. |
| Other Returns… |
| If you are not satisfied with the item for
any other reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, less
shipping charges. You may also exchange it, at your option, providing
it is in new, original packaging with booklets and warranties. If it is a fountain pen, you must not have filled it with ink, once a fountain pen is filled with ink, it is considered used, and consequently non-returnable in all other cases, you must turn to the manufacturer and their warranties and guarantees for remedy. |
